About us
Bella Terra Tile Contractor installs tile in houses and small commercial spaces across Chicago’s western suburbs, including Aurora, Naperville, Plainfield, Oswego and Batavia. We do bathrooms, showers, kitchen floors, backsplashes, entries and business floors, plus the tear-out and prep that come before them.
Every job starts with a visit. We look at the floor or walls, talk through the tile and layout you want, and give you a written scope and price. During the work we keep you posted, and if something under the old tile changes the plan, we show you before we go further.

How we work
Respect for the property
We cover the floors we walk across, keep dust down during tear-out, and clean up before we leave. For businesses, we work around your opening hours.
Responsibility for the result
We’re responsible for everything from the base under the tile to the grout on top. Some problems only show up once the old floor is out, and when that happens we tell you right away.
Time to cure
Mortar, grout and waterproofing each need time to cure before the next step. We build that time into the schedule and don’t cut it short to finish a day early.
